- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 pound lean sausage
- 1/2 onion, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon Accent
- 6 ounces chili sauce
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup herb seasoned stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce.
(The best method for mixing this is with your hands.) Press
into a greased loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and pour off grease. Cover with tomato sauce.
Return to oven for 5 minutes.
For a spicier sauce, mix 16-ounce can tomatoes, 6-ounce can
tomato paste, 2 tablespoons chopped onion, sauteed in 1
tablespoon butter, and 2 teaspoons oregano.
